Seasonal anchor point: Ensure that there are flowers in spring, leaves in summer, colors in autumn, and bones in winter, rather than planting all year round.
Functional: Balancing rainwater retention (sponge city), cooling and noise reduction, and biological friendliness (pollination insect passage).
2、 Site selection and microclimate zoning strategy
According to the characteristics of urban space, flower gardens are divided into three typical scenarios and differentiated solutions are provided:
Common problems and key solutions for scene types
The road median/channelized island adopts a "drought resistant and barren resistant skeleton (ornamental grass+Sedum)" with seasonal floral embellishment for automobile exhaust, high temperature radiation, and winter snow melting agent salt damage
Under the shade of building walls/elevated structures, exposure to sunlight for less than 3 hours, strong winds, acid rain, or semi negative designs are recommended. Ferns, jade hairpins, alum roots, and Ophiopogon japonicus are mainly recommended
